BigBasket is the leading online seller for groceries and packaged food. Their growth has been led by a very strong CRM and analytics system in place. This helps create a very focused and targeted communication strategy for emailers and in-app communication.

We engaged with the brand to create digital communication comprising of app landing pages, social media ads, emailers and in-app notifications. Considering the competitive landscape of apps and the diminishing attention span of the users, we had to keep re-inventing our design language with every communication – keeping in line with the brand guidelines. We experimented with word play, new design styles and micro-interactions to help get the message across.
