Factoreal is a marketing automation tool created by Mahindra Comviva. It is a product still to be launched completely in the market. We were engaged in creating the brand identity of the product. We spent significant time in drawing up the customer personas, brand personality, guardrails, etc. The end result was a very slick, modern day identity.

About

After an extensive study of the customer, we brought in some key elements which represented the brand we were creating. We represented data through small dots. The multi-channel data collation was shown through the use of a fresh gradient. The analytics of the product puts together the data from all platforms to give meaningful information. We represented this through the feeling of churn and movement in the monogram. The final moment of eureka that a marketing manager feels after these insights was shown through the exclamation. The complete monogram is also a visual play on the mathematical symbol of factorial.
