Mantri Square is a popular mall in Bangalore. They bring together the community into a common gathering space and create experiences around that. We work on engaging their customers on the social media channel. We have created a content strategy that ensures that their brands are represented well, shoppers get enough reasons to come to the mall and are constantly updated and engaged with the activities of the mall. We have created campaigns for some IPs the brand owns and also worked on creating everyday content. We have worked toward creating a brand language and tonality through the content such that we build recall. It is particularly tough to achieve a language here since each of the brands present at the mall have a strong brand and it tends to compete for attention. But with the use of colors, brand shapes, etc, we have created consistency over the months.
